Calvary Cemetery is the largest Catholic Cemetery in Cleveland with over 288,000 burials since opening in 1893. The cemetery covers 302 acres and even has a tunnel that passes underneath the train tracks. More on the history of Calvary to be added later.
Believe it or not, I'm going to try to transcribe and photograph all of the graves in Calvary. It will probably take me 20 years, but I'm not in any hurry. In the meantime, I'll post individual sections as I complete them. I'll also post detailed grave maps as I get them from the Calvary staff.
